PU heat transfer vinyl: using polyurethane material.
Characteristics: environmentally friendly and clean, high wear resistance, wide range of hardness, high processing characteristics, water resistance, oil resistance, mold resistance, good regeneration performance and super tensile strength.

PVC heat transfer vinyl: It is made of environmentally friendly polychloride and polyurethane materials. Its characteristics are: for clothing, bags, shoes and hats.

The difference between PU heat transfer vinyl and PVC heat transfer vinyl

The main difference between pu heat transfer vinyl and pvc heat transfer vinyl is from the four aspects of thickness, hot stamping substrate protective film, engraving fineness, and softness:

1. Thickness difference: pu thin 0.09-0.1MM, pvc thick pvc: 0.15-0.16MM.

2. The difference between the protective film of the hot stamping layer: pu is translucent and has re-adhesive function, while Pvc is frosted and foggy without re-adhesive function

3. The difference in engraving fineness: pu can engrave fine patterns, pvc: can not engrave fine patterns

4. Difference in softness: pu is softer, pvc: harder
