The vinyl must be cut from the matte side (on the back) and in mirror mode
Cutting tests and/or adjust the pressure of the blade/knife before cutting the vinyl should be done.
If the blade cuts the vinyl in the transparent base, it means that there is too much pressure in the blade (only the vinyl should be cut, since the transparent part is the transfer).
The designs with a 45 or 60 degree knife should be cut.
When shaving the image, we will leave the image that we want to adhere to the fabric on the transparent part.
There are low quality polyester t -shirts on the market (Chinese t -shirts for example), these t -shirts sometimes have a chemical coating which makes the transferable thermos vinyl do not adhere to the fabric. In this case, the fabrics will have to be washed to eliminate this chemical coating.
Application instructions with heat press
Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds
Apply design at 275 ° F / 135 ° C and cover the design with heat transfer sheet (Teflon) or multipurpose paper (waxed paper)
Use average pressure for 8-10 seconds. Remove the cold conveyor
Washing and care
Wait 24h after transfer and wash in cold or warm water.
Turn inside the garment out.
Do not use bleaching or other aggressive chemical agents.
Do not dry clean.
Suitable for dryer in normal cycle.
